Let me lay the ground work for a theory by stating some mathematical relationships, then
explaining the theory.!
The golden ratio and the golden ratio conjugate are the solution of the quadratic!
that meets the conditions and a=b+c!

Air is approximately 75% nitrogen gas (N2) and 25% oxygen gas (O2) giving it an accepted
molar mass of 29.0 g/mol:!
0.25(2 x 14.01) + 0.75(2 x 16.00) = 29.0 g/mol this says that !
If C, N, O, and H are the most abundant biological elements and P, B, and Si are the primary
elements of artificial intelligence, AI (used to make diodes and transistors) then the connection
of the biological elements to the AI elements is by a factor of water (H2O) and air (N2 and O2):!

!
This leads to the hypothesis that life and the planets in which it evolves into intelligence are the
same throughout the Universe and are common. Why? Because P, B, and Si are the same
throughout the universe and have properties that allow for logic circuits to make AI, and C, N,
O, H are the same throughout the universe and allow for biological life. It is a purpose of
biological life (C, N, O, H) to discover the properties of P, B, Si so it can create computing
machines ultimately necessary to its survival. Therefore if these are related to one another
through air (the atmosphere of the planet in which life has arisen) and water (the crucial
substance for it to exist) then air must exist on other planets in the same proportions of 25%
O2 and 75% N2, otherwise we have to wonder why biological life on other planets don’t have
such a connection between the biological and the artificial in their atmosphere and why only
the Earth does. This suggests that perhaps the conditions for life are such that the planet on
which it evolves eventually arrives at an atmosphere with a mixture of oxygen gas and nitrogen
gas such that their weighted sum divided by water (H2O) is the golden ratio, or close to it."

We now ask what determines that the earth has 25% O2 (by volume) and 75% N2 (by volume)
comprising its atmosphere. The answer is the gravity of the planet in balance with the
temperature of the star in which it orbits. This because if the gravity of the earth were less, then
it couldn’t hold in these elements for the given temperature of the Sun. But if the sun were
warmer, then the gravity of the earth would have to be greater to prevent them from escaping
into space (evaporating). Thus, further we must seek the conditions under which such an
atmosphere is possible. This involves the radius of the planet and its mass for its surface
gravity, and the the distance of the planet from the star it orbits, and the temperature of that
star.!
All of these factors come together to determine the average annual temperature of a planet and
the velocity of the atmospheric particles are a function of this annual average temperature. The
velocity of these particles must not exceed the escape velocity of the planet. The escape
velocity is given by!

And M is the mass of the planet and r is its radius.!
